Personal Bio

I animated monster models on my back porch when I was 13.  I got a film degree from Northwestern in 1983. I had a good run as a rock and roller in San Francisco until 1990.  I got married and started naming things for a living in 1996. in 2015, I began writing Feature spec screenplays. All of my scripts (except the latest) have gotten some love at screenwriting contests and film festivals – my Action-Romance THE FIRST GENTLEMAN won the Grand Prize at the 23rd Annual Fade-In Awards Action Screenplay Contest, and my Action-Comedy PLAY THE FOOL was named Best Comedy three times and was an Official Selection at eleven film festivals. My short  script THE STEWARD was the winner of the Best Dark Comedy Screenplay at the Oregon Short Film Festival. My scripts have collected over 50 awards in the past several years. I also do some composing and recording of film music; I had a song featured in the Joely Fisher/Connie Stevens Comedy SEARCH ENGINES a couple years back. 

I live in Oregon, and I’m seeking a Literary Manager who works in Los Angeles.
