Meet Mara…

Mara obtained her initial Real Estate license in 2001 and polished her skills in the Southern California real estate market representing various agencies.  Mara has been dedicated to the preservation of homeownership for those who seek to have the American Dream for over 20 years.  As a dedicated sales professional, Mara has worked for clients who seek opportunities to invest in business, own a new home, as well as providing commercial sales and lease as well as residential lease opportunities.  She has a passion for our veterans and first-time buyers.  She is experienced in many markets, including new home construction, short sales, foreclosures, HUD and REO’s.  Understanding the market conditions is what she does best.  

There is no job too large or small that she will not tackle, if you have a problem, she has an answer. In addition to offering real estate services, Mara has established herself as a reliable source for mortgage lending product offerings through wholesale and hard-money lenders. She serves the entire market of Southern California, because that’s where her customers need her. Her reputation is built on honesty, trust, and dedication to her clients. As a licensed Real Estate Broker of California, Mara holds a BA in Real Estate Studies, a MBS in International Real Estate, as well as a Mortgage Lender’s Originators License.  Mara currently operates as the Managing Broker for Arama Real Estate Services (ARES).  It is also her passion to support families and helping them build a better future for their legacy.
