My name is Christine Mendes, born and raised in New York City. At a young age, I became very interested in travel, and exploring my inner-world. This took me all over the world learning about different cultures, traditions, practices and ways of life that enriched my own world view as well as helped me to discover my authentic self. My mission in life is to embody my true expression, as it continues to evolve and unfold and share it as a way to empower others to find that space within themselves, knowing that we came into this world equipped with many talents, skills, gifts and ways in which we can leave a greater impact while we are here on this planet. I am a very optimistic person, and love to use my energy to raise the vibrations of those I come across in hopes of leaving people better then I found them.
