Amy Lyndon is a Hollywood powerhouse whose multi-hyphenate career spans acting, directing, writing and coaching. Best known internationally as the creator of The Lyndon Technique, her revolutionary approach to acting and auditioning has helped launch countless careers and is taught all over the world.

But Lyndon doesn’t just teach success—she lives it. With over 174 IMDb credits, her screen presence is undeniable. She’s shared the screen with Stephen Baldwin (The UnMiracle), Kane Hodder in Lionsgate’s B.T.K., and Sean Astin in And They’re Off, and made her mark on top TV shows like NCIS, Ugly Betty, Entourage, NYPD Blue, and Law & Order: Los Angeles. Soap fans will recognize her from recurring roles on Days of Our Lives, The Bold and the Beautiful, and The Young and the Restless. Most recently, she won Best Supporting Actress for her role in the Sky Showtime film Amor en Toda Cara.

Behind the camera, Lyndon is equally accomplished. Her award-winning film Odessa, starring the late Yolanda King, swept honors at multiple festivals, including the Gold Plaque Jury’s Choice at TV/Fest Chicago and the Diamond Halo Award at Angelciti, with 15 official selections. Her film Award Winning lived up to its name, taking home Best Comedy at the G.I.A.A. Film Festival and audience awards across the circuit.

She was honored with Best Director and Audience Award for The Whiskey Girls, and her documentary short Love Is A Tickle In The Heart won Best Documentary Short at Studio City Film Festival. As a writer, Lyndon won the Spirit of Moondance Award for Best Family Screenplay for Unleash My Heart.

Her creative slate is as diverse as it is bold, including the pilot I Wanna Marry Larry, short films like #Unfiltered and Dice, 16 episodes of her comedy web series The Lyndon Experience, and the sold-out world premiere of her play The Parasites at The Met Theatre.
