CASTING PAID MARKET RESEARCH STUDY FOR CELEBRITY-ENDORSED SKINCARE PRODUCT
We are searching for WOMEN WITH FACIAL LIGHT BROWN OR DARK BROWN SPOTS, DISCOLORATION, OR UNEVEN SKIN TONE (ages 40-63) who are in the greater Los Angeles area to take part in a PAID Market Research Study for a new product from an established skincare company endorsed by a well-known celebrity.
This innovative high end skincare kit is fully tested and FDA approved.
GREAT PAY – $700 for your participation – PLUS a FREE SUPPLY of our High-end Skincare Line!
We are looking for women ages 40 to 63 who are experiencing facial light brown / brown / dark brown spots, discoloration, melasma, or uneven skin tone to try a high end beauty line’s newest skincare kit specifically formulated to treat facial discoloration and light, brown, or dark brown spots.
REQUIREMENTS
You must be available for FOUR 60-minute visits on the following dates:
(morning to evening time slots available to suit your schedule)
1st Visit – Wednesday July 18th OR Thursday July 19th, 2018
2nd Visit – Wednesday August 15th OR Thursday, August 16th, 2018
3rd Visit – Wednesday September 12th OR Thursday September 13th, 2018
4th/FINAL Visit – Wednesday October 24th OR Thursday, October 25th, 2018
Location: Photo studio in Hollywood
Pay: Up to $700 ($125 for each Visit, plus a BONUS of $200 for using sunscreen on your face during the test period), PLUS a FREE supply of our high-end skincare line.
Photos of you will be taken at each visit so we can track the improvement. If you have great results, non-identifying portions of those photos showing affected areas only may be used in a marketing campaign. You will be asked to sign a release/waiver during the registration process.

11. When was the last time that you had facial Botox/Fillers/any other cosmetic procedures?
12. When was the last time if ever you had laser treatments on your face?
13. Are you willing to forego tanning/sun exposure to your face for the months before the trial and during the course of the study (meaning using sunscreen and/or wearing a hat)? (you will be paid an additional $200 at the end of the study for complying with this requirement)
14. Are you comfortable being videotaped/recorded speaking about your skincare concerns and about the progress results you would see during the course of the study? Yes ( ) NO ( )
15. PHOTOS – at least 5-6 photos consisting of the following (jpg format preferred):
* At least 1 CLOSE UP of the face without make up CLEARLY SHOWING ANY FACIAL DARK/BROWN SPOTS OR DISCOLORATIONS
* Close Up of the LEFT side of your face – not a full profile angle – a 45 degree angle is best
* Close Up of the RIGHT side of your face – not a full profile angle – a 45 degree angle is best
NOTE: Photos above must be close up without filters and clear photos that show any dark/brown spots or discolorations, fine lines or wrinkles and other skin concerns you may have.
* ALSO 1 or 2 Photos of yourself that you love that show you as you normally look with make up, etc. – no headshots or professional photos please – ok if other people are also in the photos if that is all you have
