Seeking Thrillers Set in the Middle East

We are looking for completed, feature-length thrillers which take place in a Middle Eastern village.  Minimal cast required.  Scripts which take place partly in a military base are also of interest, though we are NOT able to consider war stories or anything with elaborate battle sequences.  We are NOT looking for horror/thrillers.

Budget is yet to be determined.  WGA and non WGA writers may submit.
