Breaking into writing episodic drama can seem like cracking the sort of mystery you’d find in a… well, an episodic drama.  If you’re trying to decode the process of getting into a writers’ room, join us for a discussion on what it takes to be a successful candidate, how to present yourself to a showrunner, and how to make yourself invaluable once you’re in.

The discussion will be led by an experienced showrunner who has traveled this bumpy road herself.  Whether you’re new to the industry, already working on a show in a non-writing capacity, or on staff and planning your next steps, this is an event you won’t want to miss.  Bring all your questions – we’ll share thoughts, tips, frustrations, and success stories.
