Seeking Feature-Length Scripts with Completely Original Ideas

We are looking for completed feature-length, low-budget scripts with a completely original idea.  We are specifically looking for a project that has big relatable themes that connect with one of the many global crises we are all facing in the world.  The story should be thematically deep with extraordinary characters.  The quality of originality and depth of theme and character are most important for this request, so a story that is familiar or inspired by other films is not what we are looking for at this time.  Your story must be about something that has not been seen/done in cinema before.

Our budget is yet to be determined, but will be low.  Both WGA and non-WGA writers are welcome to submit.
