CASTING TV COMMERCIAL!
We are searching NATIONWIDE for REAL PEOPLE who are RESTAURANT OWNERS & CHEFS, as well as SPACE PROGRAM EMPLOYEES (former & current), MANUFACTURERS, and DAUGHTERS with a MOTHER RECOVERED/RECOVERING FROM A DRUG ADDICTION to appear in a commercial.
PAY IS $3,500!
NO ACTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
We are looking specifically for people who match one of the descriptions below:
SPACE PROGRAM EMPLOYEE (former or current) – can be anywhere in the U.S.
Male or Female. Former or current space program employees (astronauts, engineers, etc.) who have young children in their family (ages 6-11), such as kids, grandchildren, nieces or nephews, etc.
RESTAURANT OWNER OR CHEF (Southern California area ONLY):
Real restaurant owners and/or chefs – Must have COVID-19 story about getting creative or switching things up due to Covid-19, such as adjusting to take out only, expanding to outdoor service on the sidewalk/street, etc.)
AMERICAN MANUFACTURER
Male / Ages 40s – 60s / MUST live outside of California). Salt of the earth look/feel.
Either a company owner or senior level employee for a company that manufactures products which fit with the “American Made” theme, products which resonate with middle America (such as denim, leather, etc.).
DAUGHTER WHOSE MOTHER IS A RECOVERED DRUG ADDICT
Daughter should be ages 18-28 / caucasian / MUST live outside of California.
Mother should be ages 40-60, caucasian. Mother should have dealt with drug addiction in the past, and made significant strides toward recovery.
Submission Deadline: ASAP – but no later than 12pm on Friday, August 14th, 2020! (the sooner the better!)
Interviews: This Friday and Saturday, August 14th & 15th, 2020 (online via Zoom, etc.)
Callbacks: Monday, August 17th, 2020
Shoot Dates: Must be available to shoot for one or more days between August 21st – 29th, 2020 in Los Angeles, CA (travel and accommodations will be paid for by production if talent is not from Southern California).
PAY: $3,500 ($500 for the shoot, plus $3,000 usage if you appear in final edit). Also, some people may be cast as a background extra, for which pay is $300 (shoot & usage)
NOTE: Regarding Covid-19 safety protocols, please note that all in-person filming will be done in accordance with all federal and local standards set by the CDC at the time of filming.
