Seeking Psych Drama/Thrillers Set in a Distinct Setting or World

We are looking for completed, feature-length, psychological drama/thriller scripts with an intense lead character and well-defined story world. For comparison, think of films like “Taxi Driver” (set in the world of a late-night cab driver) or “Black Swan” (set in the world of professional ballet).
As we are based in Melbourne, we are interested in material which could be adapted to an Australian setting. Please do not submit if your script explores a country’s specific location or social/political situation.
Budget will not exceed $1 million. WGA and non-WGA writers may submit.
