PAID TESTIMONIAL USER GROUP FOR PERSONAL MOBILE HEALTH MONITORING DEVICE
We are searching for people with HEALTH CONDITIONS WHO NEED TO BE MONITORED on a regular basis who are in the greater Los Angeles or Orange County areas to take part in a testimonial user group for a personal mobile health monitoring device.
PAY IS UP TO $600, PLUS FREE PRODUCT (valued at $250)!
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Men and Women of ALL ethnicities (ages of 40 – 70) who have a diagnosed chronic condition that requires ongoing monitoring of the respiratory and/or cardiovascular systems.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. COPD
2. Recovery from COVID/Long COVID
3. Smoking
4. Severe Asthma
5. Congestive Heart Failure
6. Heart Attack (at risk or previously suffered)
7. Stroke (at risk or previously suffered)
8. High Blood Pressure
9. Pain Management with Opioid use
10. Diabetes
This is a revolutionary, proactive device! It is a personal electronic medical device which pairs with your smart phone through Bluetooth. Small enough to carry with your phone, it allows you to conduct tests easily and conveniently from your home, storing the information which can then be shared with your doctor. You can do an ECG, test your oxygen levels, check your heart rate, and temperature.
If selected you would be required to:
– Participate in a Zoom orientation on either November 17th or 18th, 2021 to see if you are right for this casting
– Use the device (which will be shipped to you) on a daily basis for 2 weeks
– Give us your feedback
– We will also ask that you shoot two videos of yourself at home.
– If selected for filming, you would come in on the shoot day and give a testimonial on-camera sharing your experience.
IMPORTANT DATES:
Nov. 30th or Dec. 1st, 2021: Product orientation over zoom
Dec. 16th, 2021: Filming for on-camera testimonials
PAY: $600 ($300 for shooting the initial two videos of yourself at home (per above), and an additional $300 if you are selected to participate in the final filming and give your on-camera testimonial (per above).
Status: This is a NON-UNION project.
NOTE: Regarding Covid-19 safety protocols, please note that all in-person filming will be done in accordance with all federal and local standards at the time of filming.
