PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM DEPRESSION / BIPOLAR / SCHIZOPHRENIA WANTED
TAKE PART IN PAID MARKET RESEARCH STUDY ON PRODUCT PACKAGING

We are searching for people SUFFERING FROM DEPRESSION / BIPOLAR / SCHIZOPHRENIA who are in the greater Los Angeles area to take part in a PAID Market Research Study on Product Packaging.

This study is for both men and women ages 18-70 who have been diagnosed with one of these conditions:

–  Bipolar

–  Major Depression

–  Schizophrenia

–  Schizoaffective Disorder

We’re looking for people with the above conditions who:

1) Have taken an anti-psychotic Rx; and

2) As a result experienced side effects.

You will be asked to give feedback on new pharmaceutical packaging meant specifically for them.

Company:  Perfect Focus Research

Interview Date:  Wednesday, May 30th, 2018

Time Requirement:  A 45 minute in-person interview being offered all day long (at whatever time is convenient for you)

Location:  Westwood/WLA area

Pay:  You’ll be paid $125.00 on-the-spot for your feedback and opinions. No solicitations.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS STUDY IS CONFIDENTIAL.  If you participate, only you and the people involved in the research will know.

–  You will be ANONYMOUS to your interviewer.

–  Your name will NOT be attached to your data (It will be aggregated).

–  No information is given out to any third parties.

–  All data collected is treated in accordance with data protection laws and guidelines.

The purpose is strictly for the company sponsor to get feedback on packaging they are creating for a pharmaceutical sample pack.
