HIRING PRODUCTION DESIGNER & CINEMATOGRAPHER
LOW BUDGET SHORT FILM SHOOT
We are hiring a PRODUCTION DESIGNER & CINEMATOGRAPHER in the greater Los Angeles area for an Indiana Jones style action/adventure short film from an award-winning indie producer.
Seeking like-minded, passionate filmmakers interested in the opportunity to create a spectacular calling card by putting their stamp on this Indiana Jones style action/adventure short.
Candidates must be reliable, responsible, and able to demonstrate their ability to recreate stylistic 1940s locations and looks using Ultra Low Budget filming techniques (in set lighting, filling the frame, implying scale and production value thought the use of strategic camera angles, etc.).
PRODUCTION DESIGNER will be responsible for securing locations to film and locations to build sets, as well as the design and building of those sets.
CINEMATOGRAPHER will be responsible for lighting & look, as well as bringing their own 4K gear.
The script and characters are very strong so this is a rare opportunity to collaborate on a Lucas/Spielberg style adventure story.
Your talent, experience, and knowledge will not only be appreciated and respected, it will be instrumental to the success of the project.
Shoot: Date TBD, you should be in the greater Los Angeles area
Rate: To be negotiated, ultra low budget rates.
