HIRING EXPERIENCED TEACHERS IN ACTING, DANCE, AND SINGING

CHILDREN’S PERFORMING ARTS SCHOOL

La Canada Junior Theater is looking for experienced DIRECTORS/ACTING TEACHERS, CHOREOGRAPHER/DANCE TEACHERS, and MUSICAL DIRECTORS/SINGING TEACHERS for paid positions to teach and to sub in our children’s performing arts school.

You’ll be working with kids ages 6 years and up.

Lessons will be taught virtually/online for now, and then live when the city opens up.

Requirements:

-Must have experience in children’s musical theater as a director/acting teacher,  choreographer/dance teacher, or musical director/singing teacher.

Hours:

Should be available the following hours:

9am – 3pm (approximately) during the summer

3pm – 6pm (approximately) Tuesday-Friday during the school year.

Location:

Must be close enough to drive to La Canada, California 91011 (northwest of Pasadena)

Pay:

There is pay, rate negotiable DOE.  Hourly rate for after-school programs during the school year, and a weekly rate during summer camps.
