Seeking Samples for a Writer-to-Hire Project with First Nations Characters

We are looking for completed feature and pilot script samples to assist with efforts to find a writer to hire for a pre-existing project.

Our project is a sci-fi pilot script with Canadian First Nations characters.  Because of this, we are specifically looking for samples from Canadian writers who are familiar with and have experience writing First Nations characters.  Please make a note in the personal message about your experience writing First Nations characters and/or your depth of knowledge about the First Nations tribes, and please also briefly describe your screenwriting history, if you’ve been optioned/hired in the past, if your scripts have won any awards, or if you are represented.

You do NOT need to submit sci-fi pilots in order to be considered, but sci-fi pilots from writers who have experience writing First Nations characters are preferred.

Please note that due to financing and tax initiatives, we are only able to consider material from Canadian writers at this time.  So, when submitting please state where in Canada you reside or are from.

Our budget is yet to be determined.  Both WG and non-WG writers are welcome to submit.
