HIRING ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS MANAGER
AT ESTABLISHED ACTING STUDIO & PRODUCTION COMPANY
We are now hiring an ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS MANAGER at Clay Banks Studio International (CBSI), an established acting studio & production company. We’re looking to add a new member to our team!
DESCRIPTION:
Clay Banks Studio International (CBSI) is an extremely busy and exciting on-camera training facility and boutique production company with several projects in various stages of development.
We’re presently interviewing for our new OPERATIONS MANAGER to work with our operations team in the areas of studio administration/operations, organization, and project facilitation.
If you’re the person we’re looking for, most importantly, you’re business-administrative minded! You must be a great communicator and team player! You need to have exceptional organizational skills and be good with time management! You need to be open-minded, fun and flexible. In other words… you know how to run a business!
Your ability to write and edit copy is a plus. You’ll be doing most of your work on your laptop computer, so keep that in mind. You must live within a tight radius to the Toluca Lake, Studio City, Burbank, North Hollywood area, as we are based in Toluca Lake. We’re very interested in creative and imaginative self-starters.
Experience with running administration of high-turnover clients and students.
PAY: $16 per hour to start.
HOURS: Plan on working around 20 hours a week to start, but that can fluctuate depending on the projects we’re working on, as well as your own personal skill sets. You must be flexible while grafting in. Should be roughly 4 hrs a day, 4-5 days each week. HOWEVER, for the right candidate, this position can grow into more. That’s if we’re mutually agreeable.
