CASTING LEAD ROLE FOR FEATURE FILM
We are now CASTING THE LEAD ROLE for a FEATURE FILM, shooting locally in Pasadena, CA. You MUST be local to the greater Los Angeles area to be considered.
ROLE:
[TEMPUS] (Lead)
Female / ages 30 – 45 / Black.
Tempus is early 30’s, a Black woman, a straight shooter. She’s no-nonsense. Fit, athletic type. She’s a cop and we need to believe that she has been trained for the physicality of this type of job. Needs to be able to hold her own, as a black woman in a “white man’s world.” There is a lot of dialogue for this role. This is one of the two lead roles in this script. Need a strong actor who is good with lots of dialog and who can “carry” a film.

Shoot: Beginning April 18th, continuous for 10 days, in Pasadena, CA
Status: Non-Union
Rate of Pay: $250/Day (guaranteed pay)
Notes: This is a micro-budget feature film, therefor there isn’t any room to negotiate on the rate. While the rate is not high, this is a great opportunity for resume building.
NOTE: Regarding Covid-19 safety protocols, please note that all in-person filming will be done in accordance with all federal and local standards at the time of filming.
