CASTING COMMERCIAL FOR BLUE SHIELD
We are searching for REAL FEMALE YOUTH ATHLETES (HIGH DIVER & GYMNAST) & SAME-SEX COUPLE (see specifics below) to appear in a commercial for Blue Shield.
RATE: $3,550 (plus potential for additional $3,300!)
We are looking specifically for people who meet the following descriptions:
REAL YOUTH HIGH DIVER (5-Meter Platform or Higher) (Principal role)
Female / ages 6 – 16 / All ethnicities.
Girl able to dive from a high diving board (5-meter platform or higher). TO BE CONSIDERED WE NEED TO SEE VIDEO OF TALENT DIVING! In the body of the email give us some info on the diver’s experience and from what height she is comfortable diving. NOTE: Minors will need to have valid work permits and a Coogan account, or get work permit and Coogan prior to shoot date. If maintaining amateur status for NCAA rules is of issue to talent selected for this job, in lieu of payment we will gladly make a donation to the talent’s team, sports facility, or favorite non-profit.
Wardrobe: Bathing suit
HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE AGED SAME-SEX FEMALE COUPLE (Principal role)
Female / age 15 – 22 / All ethnicities. REAL same-sex female couple who are currently in high school or just recently graduated. We only need submission pic of one of the girls, but TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST INCLUDE A NOTE telling us that the girl is in a relationship and can bring her girlfriend to the audition/filming with her! Talent will be portrayed as if at a high school prom. NOTE: Minors MUST have valid work permits and a Coogan account (or get work permit and Coogan prior to shoot date).
Wardrobe: Prom clothing
REAL YOUTH GYMNAST with a Developmental/Cognitive Disability (Principal Role)
Female / ages 10 – 20 / All ethnicities. Real gymnast with a developmental/cognitive or mental disability. Should be able to perform some tumbling or gymnastics event unassisted. For example, we’d like to find a girl who can do a few cartwheels or somersaults in a row, or something like that. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST INCLUDE A NOTE telling us that you or your talent is a REAL disabled gymnast able to do some tumbling unassisted. We’d LOVE to get video of talent doing gymnastics! NOTE: Minors will need to have valid work permits and a Coogan account (or get work permit and Coogan prior to shoot date). If maintaining amateur status for NCAA rules is of issue to talent selected for this job, in lieu of payment we will gladly make a donation to the talent’s team, sports facility, or favorite non profit.
Wardrobe: Gymnastic attire
Location: Los Angeles (you must be here, or get yourself here, to be considered).
Shoot: One or Two days between March 1st and March 3rd, 2020
Status: Non-union
RATE: $3,550 ($550 for the shoot /up to 10 hours, plus $3000 if used in final edit), PLUS potential for an ADDITIONAL amount of up to $3,300 (for 2nd year usage), PLUS an additional $50+ for wardrobe)
