CASTING CHARISMATIC YOUNG WOMEN & MODELS
SHOOT FOR ART FILM / DOCUMENTARY PROJECT
We are now CASTING CHARISMATIC YOUNG WOMEN & MODELS (ages 18-30) with an arty/down-to-earth look for “The Shell,” an observational documentary/art project with musical interludes that explores the unique relationships individuals have with their bodies and how they engage with the physical world.
PAY IS $400 for a short, few hour shoot in the West Hollywood area (Covid-19 Safe shoot, following all protocols in the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers – see details below).
For the final scene in our experimental film, we are looking for four charismatic young women (18-30) to hang out and socialize in a spacious downstairs den in the Hollywood hills. We are looking for people with the right look, which is arty and down-to-earth.
We will be filming people hanging out and relaxing and will not record any audio, so if you are worried about being a good performer or improviser, there’s nothing to worry about. If you can vibe with others and be relaxed and natural in front of a camera, you’re the type of person we are looking for.
We are casting 4 people for this shoot, so you may feel free to forward to friends as well.
Shoot: July 23rd, 2020 in West Hollywood, CA, for approximately 3 or 4 hours.
Status: Non-Union

Details regarding COVID-19:
Our production is complying with citywide film production guidelines to protect talent during filming. We are adhering to the protocols set forth in the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers White Paper (https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/6935424/Task-Force-White-Paper-6-1-20.pdf).
We are requiring that all talent gets tested for Covid in order to participate in the shoot, and we are providing testing at our production offices for those cast for the shoot (at no cost to the talent). This testing will be performed by a company called Mod MD Coronavirus Testing and testing results will take no more than 48 hours.
There will be 4 talent at the shoot (with a very limited film crew of only 2 people), which will take place in a large room that is 35 feet long, 25 feet wide and 14 feet high. We will provide masks, gloves and hand sanitizer to all talent and all talent will be required to keep a 6ft distance at all times. There will be three crew members at the location (a limited crew of only two will be present during the filming).
