ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:
Maitely Weismann
is a Co-Founder of Aspire Talent Management, a bi-coastal
Talent & Literary Management & Production Company with offices
in Santa Monica, CA and New York, NY. Former actress turned producer
turned artists’ manager, Weisman strives for a homey, close-knit, and
transparently hands-on culture with her clients and their extended teams.
Aspire Talent Management maintains an intimate roster of carefully
selected up and coming multi-hyphenates, writers, directors, producers, and
performers working in commercial, VO, TV, Film, New Media, Theatre, and other
areas of the entertainment industry.
Dustin Flores is a
Senior Talent Agent at The Mine. He moved to New
York in 1999 to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.
After a successful performing career, Flores transitioned to the
other side of the table. His unique hands-on approach, charisma, and
knack at discovering raw talent quickly made him one of the most sought after
agents and earned him the respect of prominent industry professionals.

DaVida Chanel Smith
