MARKET RESEARCH STUDY

We are searching for ACTIVE

PARENTS & KIDS 7-9 who are in California, Chicago,

or Philadelphia to participate in a PAID Market Research

Study.

If selected, you will earn a minimum

of at least $600 per person,

including children (and potentially significantly

more!)

Looking for:

Families of ALL TYPES and SIZES with

a 7-9 year old child, who are willing to participate in healthy activities such

as Pilates Class, Yoga Class,

Nutrition Class, Massage,

Meditation, Tai Chi, and

Dance.

Families should consist

of:

– Families can be any size,

and may include parents, grandparents, extended family, etc., but should be AT

LEAST two adults (over 18), which may consist of either two parents, parent and

grandparent, parent with family friend, etc.

– At least one child age 7-9 (can

also be more than one child if you have more in that age range – so submit

everyone!)

Interviews via

Skype on July 21st, 25th, 27th, and 31st, 2017.

Possible 2nd

interview:  Thursday, August 3rd, 2017 (in person in North

Hollywood if LA local, or via Skype if not)

Market Study:

 August 11th, 2017 in Los Angeles for 6 hours or less (travel and

accommodations will be provided if not LA local)

Rate: Minimum

earnings of $600 for EACH

person (including children) who takes part on 8/11/17,

with certain candidates potentially earning up to thousands or more.

(please note – initial interviews are not paid; pay is if you are selected for

the actual study on August 11th)
