Personal Bio
Rekha Krishnamurthi is a post-production coordinator, project manager, and filmmaker with a background spanning creative operations, visual storytelling, and production management.
She completed the Warner Bros. Discovery Access Post Production Coordinator Training Program, where she gained hands-on experience with post-production workflows, scheduling, budgeting, VFX tracking, ADR coordination, dailies management, credits, and industry platforms including PIX and Scenechronize. She has also worked as a production assistant on independent film productions.
She made her directorial and producer debut with the documentary short Art For The Soul: A Creative Journey for Well-Being, which premiered at the 2026 New York Short Film Festival. She is currently developing independent documentary and narrative projects through her production company, Divine NY Productions.
Prior to transitioning to entertainment and media, Rekha spent more than 15 years leading complex creative and business projects, managing cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications. She now brings that operational expertise to film and television, combining strong organizational skills with a collaborative, story-first approach.
As a multidisciplinary artist, her work also includes fine art, illustration, and design, with exhibitions including the Consulate General of India in New York as part of the RACHNA Indian Art & Literature Exhibition, the Affordable Art Fair, and other group exhibitions. She has also received a grant from Peters Valley School of Craft.
Rekha is relocating to Los Angeles in August 2026 and is actively seeking opportunities in post-production coordination, creative project management, and production.
