CASTING FEMALES WITH DISABILITIES – OPEN TO NEW TALENT
CASTING SERIES REGULAR ON NEW SERIES FROM CBS STUDIOS/THE CW NETWORK
We are CASTING NATIONWIDE for FEMALES WITH DISABILITIES (ages 15-25) to appear as a series regular on a new TV Series from CBS Studios and The CW Network – “4,400.”
ROLE:
MILDRED (Series Regular):
Female / ages 15-25 / All ethnicities. Seeking performers with DISABILITIES. Young, smart, and observant, Mildred is one of the people who awaken on Belle Isle, Detroit, without having any idea of how they got there. Dressed in a pair of bell-bottoms and flowery peasant top of the 1970s, the last thing she remembers is moving to Oakland, California with her mother. Befriended by Shanice and Hayden, Mildred seems to have been through some hard times in her life, because she doesn’t understand why everyone is so upset ab being held at the hotel: “This place is nice, and they feed us…”
**Note: Character as currently written uses a wheelchair – but this is NOT a requirement. As with all roles, writer plans to adjust and tailor character to the actor.
Storyline for “4400”:
A group of people from all eras and walks of life suddenly appear out of the blue – or more specifically, from a flash of green light – on Belle Isle in Detroit, baffled, Confused, and frightened. As the government tries to contain them and figure out what and who they are, and whether or not they’re a threat to national security, it’s revealed that they are actually people who have gone missing, sone as long as a hundred years ago, and there are 4,400 of them.

Status: SAG/AFTRA – but open to non-union talent for this role. We are OPEN TO NEW TALENT

Notes:
– There is NEVER a cost to submit an audition for a legitimate casting.
– Auditions remain private, viewed only by casting directors, producers, and director
– Casting is ongoing through June 2021 (or until we find our Mildred – so hurry & submit!)
