William Artope

Personal Bio

 a native of New York, Bill began his career at the J Walter Thompson Advertising agency where he spent seven years learning the business as a Producer and winning a Clio award for Kodak films. He then moved to Baltimore to a little boutique agency called WB Doner Advertising, where he headed up the production department and won many other awards. He then moved to Chicago where he worked at DDB Chicago for almost 20 years. Through the process and time, he became an Executive producer and a VP. He Won many awards there and was the main producer on Discover Card account for five years, he was also named Head Music Producer for the Agency.  In 2006 he created Eye Edit with his Partner George Artope.  As executive producer of Eye Edit, Bill oversees all operations, and is responsible as Postproduction supervision on films and other media projects. He has produced over 800 commercials and won many awards in Advertising. Over the past 12 years Eye Edit has won several editing awards and have completed over 120 projects from Dramas to comedies to Documentaries, commercials and sizzles.
