Stacy Pellow

An L.A. native, Stacy began dancing at the age of 5. Studying Ballet, Tap, Modern & Jazz. Her love for performing prompted her to study music  & theatre and join the drill team. Next she joined Loyola Marymount University’s distinctive workshops for Dance & Theatre.  Stacy was then accepted to & graduated from the highly acclaimed Los Angeles County High School for the Arts as a Dance Major. During this time she also had television appearances including a Mc Donald’s commercial, The Judge and Days of Our Lives.

She extended her dance training to various styles of Belly Dance and Ballroom. Even though she was a beginning Ballroom student, she was invited to perform as an advanced student at the legendary Mayflower Ballroom galas. Stacy then began teaching private lessons in Salsa and Belly Dance. Stacy then joined His Grace Dance Ministry, a Ballet & Lyrical focused devotional troupe.  During a Ballet class she was spotted by the music director for Trinity Broadcasting Network and was asked to perform for several of their special holiday broadcasts. Stacy continued in Belly Dance and became a member of Alf Leyla Wa Leyla, directed by Angela Buttrey. Wanting to create a more sassy persona on stage, Stacy decided to study the art of Burlesque with Penny Starr, Jr.

In 2013, Stacy moved to Northern California to pursue her career as a Sommelier and continued to train in Belly Dance but became deeper involved with Burlesque and joined The Fishnet Follies Classic Burlesque Revue, which lead to being one of the finalists in the Large Group Category at the world renowned, Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend in 2017.

Stacy found her passion for Dance Fitness after discovering she was healing quicker from a recent back injury by participating in a Zumba class and made the decision to become a Zumba Instructor. After moving back to L.A. in 2018, she started training with Wilson Williams at LA Dancefit and became a licensed Zumba Instructor as well as a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor.  Soon after she became licensed for Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning & Zumba Gold Toning, certified as a BollyX Instructor and a SilverSneakers Yoga Instructor.
