Personal Bio

Robert is Midwest born and bred. A product of a blue collar home, his father of Scots-Irish and Native American ancestry and his mother English and Ashkenazi Jew. He resides in Tampa Bay, FL by way of Detroit, MI. As a child Robert spent time in the hills of Central Appalachia. His literary talents were discovered at an early age. Having overcome many adversities, be it cancer, depression, poverty, homelessness or being a single parent while juggling multiple jobs he maintains a humorous perspective even in the most dire of straits. This is reflected in his writing. Robert’s work tests the boundaries and transcends barriers of imagination and personal trials.
