Peggy Bruen is an award-winning writer/producer of multimedia shorts and feature films. Bruen has a strong background in marketing and fundraising for such notable organizations as The Music Center of Los Angeles (Director of Annual Fund), The Pantages and Geffen Theatres in Hollywood.
- Currently Bruen is in development with 3 feature films and 1 TV series.
- Produced, co-directed and scripted feature An Existential Affair with Oscar-winner Martin Landau; distributed through Maverick Entertainment and Warner Pictures.
- Received international acclaim for the award-winning short film she directed, Diversions (Berlinale, Slamdance and 20 festivals world-wide).
- Joined the LA International Shorts and Slamdance Film Festivals as head programmer, creating loglines and synopsis for hundreds of films.

Before cinema, Peggy collaborated Off-Broadway in New York with legends Sam Shepard and Patti Smith, producing their original stage plays.
Before Off B’way, Bruen was a model for Diane von Furstenberg.
Peggy Bruen, a New Yorker, has traveled extensively through North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Iceland, and Romania.
