Personal Bio
Mark Daniels is an award-winning writer for stage and screen. His first screenplay was a top five finalist at the international WILDsound Screenwriting Festival in Toronto. He has had numerous screenplays optioned and purchased, including projects with Elaine Hendrix (The Parent Trap) and Darrin Henson (The Express). He has had two features produced so far, including one with Malcolm McDowell and Dean Cain. Although he specializes in thrillers and horror, Mark has adapted biographies into award-winning screenplays, along with MOW projects.
In addition to screenwriting, he oversees a film production academy at Corbin High School in Kentucky called the Appalachian Film School, winner of multiple Emmy awards.
