I am an award-winning actor and an award-winning host/producer. My most recent highlights include playing the lead in a short, supporting in a feature, hosting a 30-minute infomercial and more. I have hosted and produced two awarding-winning documentaries and have a TV show that I am co-hosting and co-producing on health and wellness approved and slated for 6 episodes to be aired on the second quarter of 2025 on national television.

I have a deep love for acting in particular, with strengths of a wide range of emotions and authenticity on camera. 

I am also a celebrity personal trainer and an integrative nutritional health coach and have been seen in or featured on the Discovery Channel, ESPN, ABC, NBC, CBS, WomenFitness Magazine, Muscle & Fitness, Lifestyle Magazine, Miami Voyager Magazine and more.

I am a published author and speaker as well.
