Personal Bio

A native Angelino, Kirsten grew up singing but also at a very early age she felt a strong connection to her intuition and her spiritual journey began very young.  “ I can remember sitting as a child staring at the ocean or in nature and although I knew nothing of meditation I would go into a kind of meditative state for hours at a time and felt completely at peace.”

She went on to pursue a career as a vocalist including lead singer for an all girl band Mozaic in the 1980’s.  Over the years working on different music projects and in the studio she established herself as an accomplished singer/ songwriter.

Kirsten began her journey into sound healing from her work as a singer/songwriter who was often told her music had healing qualities to it. In her desire to learn more about sound and vibration and its effects on healing she began to study the art of Intuitive Toning.

Kirsten has been practicing Sound Healing for over 20 years. Her journey into this

practice began when she was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness.  Kirsten knew intuitively that she had to participate in her own healing when traditional medicine was not working.  She began a daily regime of sound healing on her body, guided imagery, body talk, and nature therapy and to the surprise of her own doctor cleared the illness from her body within a few months.

She is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Guided Imagery Master from the

Hypnosis Motivation Institute, Certified Moonologer ™ and continues to educate herself on new modalities and implement the latest techniques and instruments into her work.

In her early career Kirsten spent over 20 years in the corporate world of Film

Distribution, Advertising and Marketing so she is very familiar with working with

Creatives.

Kirsten brings her business experience together with her work as an

intuitive coach and sound healing practitioner to her private sessions, group classes, workshops, nature nurture experiences and corporate wellness programs.

In 2018 Kirsten was honored to be the first in her field to be featured at the Roger Neal

Academy Awards Gift Suite and Dinner and her customized private session was included in the celebrity gift bags.  Kirsten also brought on board sponsors like Athlete to

create Women’s Circles in her community as a place to connect more intimately in an authentic way beyond networking. “When women come together and commit to each other to be in a circle they create a sacred space for healing and transformation collectively that can also create change in the world.

In 2019 Kirsten was invited by CNN and Cartoon Network to facilitate sound baths onsite for their staff as part of their corporate wellness week.  In 2020 she was asked back to be a part of their virtual wellness programs during Covid to bring stress relief and

relaxation to their staff working from home across the globe.

During 2020 into 2021 during the pandemic Kirsten took it upon herself to offer more numerous virtual experiences for people around the globe through Zoom with Sound Baths, Reiki & Sound, Women’s Healing Circles, Dog Yoga & Sound and her Sound Baths with Wolves to help people manage stress, isolation anxiety and boost self-care from home.

As we move back into activities Kirsten will again offer her popular Nature Nurture

Experiences with Wolves to private or corporate groups for an intimate healing day with a rescued pack that brings people out of the concrete jungle for a reboot in nature with wolf energy and sound healing.

Most recently Kirsten was honored to be asked to be part of a new Netflix series

PET STARS streaming now.
