Personal Bio

After 25 years as a commercial Illustrator, Kay began an acting career in 1998. She started out in Theater, eventually landing her dream role of Blanche DuBois in Street Car, performing on the historic stage of The Crighton Theater. She has shared the screen with veteran actors, Connie Britton in the TV Series “Friday Night Lights” (2010) and Will Brill and Brittany S. Hall in the film “Test Pattern (2019). Kay has been in many commercials and countless Industrials. Studying with some of the great Acting Teachers, including Nan Dutton, Deke Anderson and Connie Cooper. She also taught  acting at Page Parks School for many years. She is still coaches Children and Teens for personal auditions. She has been directed by Shatara Michell Ford, David Boyd, and the great Bruce Beresford. Kay recently finished her first Faith Based ScreenPlay/Script “Babies Without Mamas”. Kay’s family and faith are foremost in her life. She believes in “Speaking those things that do not exist until they are”.
