Personal Bio

Jessica A. Caesar was born in Rockledge, FL. At 16 years old, she started working for NASA as a high school apprentice. A couple years later while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, she decided to drop out of college and move to Los Angeles to follow her dreams. Caesar is now a successful actress, writer and producer. Her most notable TV acting credits include NCIS: Los Angeles, Kenan, Atlanta, and Grey’s Anatomy. In 2018, she was a Top 15 finalist for truTV’s Comedy Breakout Initiative that sought to find the next generation of show creators with distinct comedic voices. Jessica has a love for comedy and noticed the lack of projects in Hollywood centered around funny women. This inspired her to start a production company which led to partnering with ROKU to launch her own channel on ROKU TV. The Julius Pictures Channel on ROKU TV is dedicated to delivering the funniest female-driven comedies. Jessica’s always finding ways to make strides and break ground in front and behind the camera.
