The Dating Advice Girl, Erin Tillman, is an inclusive Dating Empowerment Coach, Author, Speaker, and TV/Radio/Podcast Host based in Los Angeles, California. In 2018, Erin was awarded the Gender Equity Award presented by the California National Organization For Women (NOW). She is dedicated to empowering ALL SINGLES IN ALL LIFESTYLES to have happy and enjoyable dating lives that best suit their dating & relationship wants, needs, and objectives. For over 10 years, she has helped singles successfully navigate through the early stages of dating through empowerment and consent workshops at conferences and on college campuses, through her book, The Consent Guidebook, over 100 dating-related articles for various lifestyle and dating sites, hosting events for singles, working as a matchmaker, radio and TV interviews and through her podcast, The Dating Advice Girl Podcast (voted one of the Top 10 Best Dating Podcasts on the Web in 2013 and listed as one of the One of the Top Dating Experts You Must Follow on Twitter).
