Elizabeth Regal is an edgy trendsetter entrepreneur, a Renaissance woman of multiple talents. She an award-winning Film Director, Producer, Actress, and Fashion Model with her with her own production company in development Envision Motion Pictures. She attended the legendary Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute polishing her skill set in Method Acting. Elizabeth became known for her ability to embody deeply complex characters roles often portraying women who overcame insurmountable odds with vulnerability and strength. Elizabeth won Best Director for the Dreammachine International Film Festival in 2019, as well as a plethora of other awards she wrote the screenplays for and directed.
In 2024 she appeared on the front cover and article reviewing her career in numerous magazines as Bold Journey, Canvas Rebel, Voyage LA, ShoutOut LA, Thrive Times, and Vents Magazine. Currently, she is in development for an upcoming powerful role in a controversial television series “The Last Evangelist.” She is also in development producing and writing a highly revealing controversial film. It will simply educate and challenge countless questionable mainstream narratives on propaganda and truth in the media leaving one to question everything they have been told.
She is also a powerful voice for Inclusion and Diversity as her advocacy paved the way for ethnically ambiguous women in the entertainment industry in the city she grew up in, Knoxville, Tennessee. At a time when the fashion industry rarely embraced diversity, Elizabeth became the first ethnic woman to grace the cover of Watson’s, a local department store magazine. Her exotic looks landed her a notable television role as guest star on the season finale of Patti Stanger’s “Million Dollar Matchmaker” opposite Ralph Reickerman (Lead Bassist of The Scorpions) and has also grasped a lengthy portfolio in acting in over 30+ films, 10 theater productions, television, and countless commercials.
After studying Film & Television producing and directing at Los Angeles City College, she founded Envision Motion Pictures. Her production company is focused on exploring unconventional mysterious themes like existential wisdom, ancient mysteries and the unknown that most have never contemplated on. A fascinating aspect about Elizabeth is she is a trained Controlled Remote Viewing psychic, a skill she has used in professional settings, including assisting with police cases. Elizabeth’s fascination with the supernatural isn’t just a personal interest—it’s central to her brand.
