Elizabeth Regal is a Strasberg Method trained actress who is known for the Femme Fatale that plays the victim at first glance but is actually the dark horse that wins the battle at the last hour where they never see her coming. She guest starred on the season finale of Patti Stanger’s “Million Dollar Matchmaker” opposite Ralph Reickerman (Lead Bassist of The Scorpions) and has also performed in over 25+ films and 10 theater productions. At 21 years old, Elizabeth was the first ethnic female to appear on the cover of a local department store magazine Watson’s in Knoxville, TN where she was raised. This one unexpected job launched her long-standing career aspiration.

She launched her long-standing versatile career as a Fashion Model. She has walked numerous runways for top designers in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and Atlanta. She was the first ethnic model to grace the cover of Watson’s, a local department store magazine advertisement in her hometown in Knoxville, TN where her career soon after took-off! She effortlessly crossed into other areas of modeling as editorial, boudoir, swimsuit, commercial, and hair shows.

She studied rigorously at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute polishing her skill set in Method, Technique, Acting for Camera, Movement, and Improv. She also studied with well-known respected acting teachers as Barbara Bain (ex-wife of Martin Landau), Joseph Bernard (Award-winning Broadway and previous Executive Director at the Lee Strasberg Theater & Film Institute), Stephen Synder, John Swanbeck (Director – The Big Kahuna). She also studied Film & Television producing and directing at Los Angeles City College graduating with honors as Magna Cum Laude.

Owning her own her production company Envision Motion Pictures, Elizabeth is an award-winning film director and writer that won Best Director in 2021 for the Dream Machine International Film Festival for “Seductive Shadows” this is currently distributed on Paraflixx TV. Elizabeth is currently working on directing a full-length film in the genre of sci-fi / paranormal storytelling paralleled with deep controversial esoteric truths. She is intending this riveting film to be her first full-length as a potential DGA documentary-based feature.
