Personal Bio

I am one of the newest members of Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Real Estate Producers of DC!

Together with my brother, Robert Allocca, we are a real estate powerhouse in Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland.  I specialize in sales and marketing, while my brother is a local investor and does the general contracting.  We would be perfect for a local real estates show!

As a Northern Virginia (NOVA) native, I went to local schools including Langley High School with Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s kids, the Madeira School, and George Mason University.

I started my real estate career at CBRE, where I was a crucial part of the success of a Top 100 Sales Team Worldwide. That experience honed my skills in both, investments and residential property sales.

In my free time I’m a little bit of a foodie. I love trying the many new restaurants to hit the DC scene.
