Personal Bio
Growing up in the streets of St. Paul, I came to crime and drugs at an early age. My formative years were spent confined multiple times in all of the juvenile facilities St. Paul had to offer. At 19 I went to prison for burglary with a heavy drug habit.
Sick and tired of being sick and tired, I changed my life. I quit drugs, cigarettes and alcohol. I began exercising and attending college-level courses. After one year of group therapy, I was released to the University of Minnesota where I continued group therapy and college.
I graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and enrolled in law school. I received a governor’s pardon, completed law school and, upon passing the bar, I set up my law practice. Soon, I was handling criminal cases throughout Minnesota and the Midwest and, eventually, throughout the country.
I received many accolades from the bench and bar. The more successful I became, the more resentful some in law enforcement became. I no longer practice law. Now, I write what I know: crime, drama, drugs, courtrooms, police procedurals, prisons.
My first screenplay is titled A Taste of Cold Steel. My second is titled Judge, Me. Currently, I’m writing my third screenplay inspired by a true story involving a national conspiracy.
