Seeking Ultra Low-Budget  Horror or Suspense Thriller Scripts

We are looking for completed, feature-length, ultra-low-budget horror or suspense thriller scripts set in a single-story suburban house with minimal characters.  We are specifically looking for characters who are in the 25-35 age range, but we are open to some older roles as well.  Please do not submit scripts featuring children or pets.  Subgenres we like include slashers, supernatural, creature features, or psychological scripts.

Our budget is yet to be determined but may be as low as $20k.  Only non-WGA writers should submit at this time.
