If you are chosen, you will begin a 6 month process and you will be required to come in for monthly appointments/services. You will also be required to take 3 sets of photos (before photos, and 4 month and 6 month ). These photos may be used for EXT EXTREME HAIR THERAPY and other Hair Club advertising. Use of your image or likeness will be at the company’s sole discretion, and may be used to advertise the service and the company overall.
