CASTING NEW REAL ESTATE SHOW!
We are searching for people with a REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE who also have hosting or on-camera/acting experience and who are in the NY Tri-State area for a new real estate show.
Real Estate Agent is preferred (but not required). Open to someone who may not be a realtor but is incredibly knowledgeable of the industry and works within the residential real estate world. Open to someone who works in the mortgage / home loan industry as well.
ROLE:
HOST/ACTOR WITH REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND
Seeking someone authentic, warm and engaging. Should be able to follow a script, but feel comfortable with improvising off-script. Will be hosting street interviews designed to get raw, unscripted reactions from the public on advice for buying a home. Improv or “Man on the Street/Woman on the Street” skills encouraged. Ideally looking for a licensed real estate agent. Open to someone who may not be a realtor but is incredibly knowledgeable of the industry and works within the residential real estate world.
Audition Date(s): Self Tapes due by Monday, March 29th at 12pm EST.
Callback Date(s): TBD
Shoot Location: Tri-State Area (Travel and accommodations provided by production)
Start Date(s): Mid April/May 2021
Union Status: NON-UNION
Usage: Online digital broadcast for 1 year of usage. Branded content.
PAY: $7,000 ($2,000 per session x 3 sessions, PLUS $1,000 buyout usage)
Storyline: A 3-part digital series about the home buying process (branded content).
Additional Project Info: Must be willing to travel to film in-person within the Tri-State area. All travel and accommodations provided by production.
Booking will be contingent upon supplying a negative COVID testing prior to filming on set.
NOTE: All local COVID-19 health and safety guidelines will be strictly adhered to. Booking is contingent upon supplying a negative COVID test prior to arriving on set.
