We are searching for people NEWLY RELOCATED TO PORTLAND and also SOCIAL MEDIA INTEREST GROUPS BASED IN PORTLAND to be featured in a national commercial (online and television) for a major social media company.

PORTLAND TRANSPLANTS
We’re looking for males and females, age 18-40, ALL ethnicities who have recently re-located to the city of Portland, Oregon (ideally you have moved there in the past year).
We are ideally looking for a young, charismatic, CREATIVE TYPE that wants to experience new things in their new city utilizing social media groups. Open to ALL TYPES of individuals (creative, adventurous, and nonadventurous) – as long as you’re willing to break out of your shell or comfort zone and meet new groups of people: artists, musicians, college students, painters, sports and fitness enthusiasts, sculptors, hipsters, photographers, hikers, skydivers, rock climbers, cyclists, surfers, skaters, boaters, etc.
We are ALSO looking for:
SOCIAL MEDIA GROUPS that plan and attend events in the Portland area.
We are looking for a diverse range of special interest social media groups – some EXAMPLES are:
ADVENTURE (slacklining, overlanding, hang-gliding, rodeo, geo-caching)
COMPETITIVE (drag racing, dragon boats, cricket, gravity racing, bike polo)
ROLE-PLAYING (vampires, LARPers, Vikings, re-enactors, gypsies, steampunks)
PERFORMANCE (pub singing, stand-up, hip-hop or bounce dance, circus, magic, contact improv, jam skating)
GEARHEADS (modified bikes and vehicles, custom cars) CULTURAL (Lion Dancers, other ethnic events, gay rodeo)
UNIQUE PARENT GROUPS (not big advice groups and not homeschooling; more single parent camping or dads who teach their kids to play Texas Hold ‘Em)
WILDCARDS (quidditch, heavy metal yoga, ghost hunting, etc.)
PORTLAND ONLY (quieter events e.g. public painting group, standing sculpture group)
CASTING IMMEDIATELY – SUBMIT ASAP!
Auditions/Interviews: Immediately
Shoot: Late May/Early June 2018, in Portland
Status: This is a non-union project.
Pay: TBD (but it will definitely be paid)
