HOMES WITH BIG, OPEN KITCHENS WANTED (NY / NJ AREA)
LOCATION FEE PAID FOR COMMERCIAL SHOOT
We are searching for HOMES WITH BIG, OPEN KITCHENS WANTED (NY / NJ AREA) to be used in a short shoot (1 day) for a commercial.
LOCATION FEE will be paid of up to appx $4,000 per day (per home) – some wiggle room for more if your home is absolutely amazing!
We are looking for TWO DIFFERENT HOMES:
1) FAMILY STYLE HOME
Spacious, but comfortable/warm. Should have large, spacious, gorgeous kitchen – should be clean and contemporary looking. Island a plus, but not required. Lots of natural light. Great yard or a porch is a plus, but not required. Victorian or Mid Century styling a plus, but not required.
2) MODERN HOME
Spacious, modern look. Lots of natural light. Spacious, modern kitchen. Island in the middle is a plus (but not required).
Shoot:
– Each location would be 1-day shoot on either May 21 or May 22, 2018.
– Ideal scenario: homes that we can stay the night at and shoot at… would need accommodations for crew of up to 8 people coming from LA.
– Minimal Crew: (appx 10-12, plus creatives and client) 1 Camera; Minimal Lighting & Gear; No Sound.
– Shoot and production will be fully insured.
Also, not required, but if your family that lives in the home (or if you know someone else) happens to match the casting requirements, they can be included in the shoot as well, paying $250 per person ($1,000 for a family of 4!)
Family 1: Caucasian, Mixed Ethnicity or Bi-Racial Families consisting of Mom, Dad, 2 young daughters (4-6 yrs & 6-9 yrs old or close to that) – Open to single parents as well. Extended family also welcome (grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.)
Family 2: Hispanic, Asian or Mixed Ethnicity family consisting of Mom, Dad, 2 sons (teenage 12-15 yrs & 4-7 yr old.) and a baby (newborn to 2 yrs if possible) – open to single parents as well.
