PAID DOCUMENTARY PROJECT!
We are searching NATIONWIDE for
people 35-45 who have CHANGED CAREERS WITH THE HELP OF ONLINE VIDEO
TURORIALS & SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES to be featured in a
PAID
documentary project.
PAY IS $3,000 per
story (not per person) for this Non-Union project.
We are looking for people NATIONWIDE
– while we are open to submissions from Los Angeles and New York, we are
additionally and specifically looking for people from across
the county, and rural areas are a
plus!
The focus is on exceptional
stories!
We are looking for Gen Xers (age
35-45) who have used social networking and online video sharing sites
(tutorials) to learn a new skill and turn it into a new career
path.
A career change is
the emphasis – so whether you’re a carpenter that learns how to cook and
becomes a chef, a teacher that learns to build boats and starts building custom
boats for a living, an office clerk that learns photography and becomes a
photographer, or ANY sort of career change where you learned your new skill
online – we want to hear from you!
Interviews:
via Skype, on Tues 1/17, Wed 1/18, Fri 1/20, and Mon 1/23,
2017.
Shoot:
Late January/Early February, 2017.
