We are searching for WOMEN

& MEN, FAMILIES & KIDS who are in the

greater Los Angeles area to be cast in a TV commercial for

Champions of Change.

We’re looking for Families, kids and

individuals who meet ELIGIBILITY

REQUIREMENTS for WIC, CAL Fresh (EBT in

the last 6 months), or State

Funded Medical Insurance (Healthy Families / Medi-cal

for Children) (see link below for easy way to determine if your

eligible)

You do NOT have to be on any

of these programs currently – only ELIGIBLE.

NO ACTING EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED – open to all types of people!

Looking for the following

types of people:


KIDS:

 ages 5-15 eligible for WIC, CAL Fresh (EBT in the last 6 months), or

State Funded Medical Insurance (Healthy Families/Medi-cal for Children)


FAMILIES: with 2

kids under the age of 13 who are eligible for WIC, CAL Fresh (EBT in the last 6

months), or State Funded Medical Insurance (Healthy Families/Medi-cal for

Children)


MEN AND WOMEN:

 between the ages of 30-40 who are eligible for WIC, CAL Fresh (EBT in

the last 6 months), or State Funded Medical Insurance (Healthy

Families/Medi-cal for Children)


MOMS:

 with a 10 year old – who are eligible for WIC, CAL Fresh (EBT in the

last 6 months), or State Funded Medical Insurance (Healthy Families/Medi-cal

for Children)


LATINO MAN: Ages

60-70 who is eligible for WIC, CAL Fresh (EBT in the last 6 months), or State

Funded Medical Insurance (Healthy Families/Medi-cal for Children)

 Thursday and Friday, April 20th 21st, 2017

Callbacks:

 May 8th, 2017

Filming:

 May 17th, 2017

Rate:  If

booked, pay for Adults = $500 each, pay for each Child = $200, PLUS additional

$50 for Coogan Account
