CASTING MALE ACTORS FLUENT IN FRENCH & ENGLISH (Age 60+)
PAID INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO SERIES
We are CASTING NATIONWIDE for MALE ACTORS FLUENT IN FRENCH & ENGLISH (age 60+) for an instructional video.
GREAT PAY: Up to $3,150+
SUBMIT ASAP (by Friday, July 25th at midnight) – If you don’t see this in time, you can still submit over the weekend, but definitely the sooner the better!)
Orbit is a San Francisco-based company focused on building and managing developer communities- this video will be showcasing the ease of communication.
ROLE:
GRANDFATHER (male, ages 60 – 85, ALL Ethnicities), Grandfather type. Must be fluent in both French and English. Gregarious, sentimental, friendly.
This spot is Grandfather speaking French ( he is fluent) to his Granddaughter through a video call.
Initial Submissions Due: Friday, July 25th at midnight (or as soon as you can afterwards, the sooner the better!)
Self tape auditions of selected talent: If selected, we’ll contact you with details for a self-tape video audition
Status: Non-Union
Shoot: Monday, Aug 4th, 2025 in San Francisco ($500 travel accommodation provided, plus hotel).
(If a fitting is needed it will be Aug 2nd, or 3rd for any traveling in)
PAY: Up to $3,150+ ($500/ 8 hour session ( expecting around 10 hours, OT will be added if required), PLUS $2,000 Guaranteed usage, PLUS Fitting (if applicable): $150 per hour/pro rated, Plus 20% agency fee, if applicable, PLUS Travel Accommodation of $500 if required)
Work Requirements:
– Talent will Self Report to fitting /shoot.
Audition: Initial submission, followed by Self Tapes for those initially selected.
Fitting: None to tbd, Aug2-Aug3
Usage/Run:
– No broadcast, no print, no paid media – the client creates videos for their social media channels, how to videos:
– In perpetuity, worldwide.
– Non-paid advertising, publicity, marketing, promotion, business, trade, or any other lawful purpose, in all forms of non-paid, non-general market advertising, social, owned websites, retail, and third-party channel promotional media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide.
– Option(s): Concurrent with the term, client may elect to exercise additional usage of the material. A fee of which will be negotiated in good faith.
Conflicts:
In the self-tape audition, we will ask about what you have running. They assume you probably have worked in some of the following, but they just want to know if you have recently booked or appeared in any work in the computer, tablet, mobile phone, headphone, camera, gaming or content streaming categories in the last two years.
