CASTING SHOOT FOR CORPORATE VIDEO
GRAPHIC DESIGN, CODERS, MUSICIANS, BALLERINAS, ILLUSTRATORS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, ANIMATORS, VIDEOS, ETC.
We are searching for JAPANESE, CHINESE, AND SWEDISH PEOPLE of all types, as well as PEOPLE
WITH CREATIVE & TECH TALENTS (ages 7-33) who are in the Northern
California / Bay Area to be cast in a shoot for a corporate
video/documentary project.
We’re looking for all types of
CREATIVE and TECH talents and skills – whether you’re a Graphic Designer,
Photographer, Coder, Animator, Musician, Illustrator, or ANY cool, random,
awesome skill or talent you have.
We’re looking for these
specific roles:
JAPANESE KIDS: Ages 8-14. Girls and boys. Do not have to speak Japanese – the only requirement is being Japanese! (creative or tech talents are NOT a requirement)
CHINESE ADULTS: Ages 18-40. Must speak Chinese – either Mandarin or Cantonese (creative or tech talents are NOT a requirement)
SWEDISH ADULTS: Ages 18-40. Must appear Swedish. (Do NOT need to speak Swedish; creative or tech talents are NOT a requirement)
BALLERINA: Ages 18-33. All ethnicities. Trained dancers, expert skill level required.
FOREIGN SPEAKERS:
Ages 7-33, all ethnicities. American English is your second language, and
you have an awesome skill. Tech or Musical talent is great, but any random,
awesome skill is welcomed! Please include a video of you doing your
skill/and speaking your native language with your submission.
ADULTS AND KIDS:
Ages 7-33, with awesome talents. Tech or musical talents
are needed, but random other amazing talents are welcomed. Please
include a video or you doing your skill with your submission.
KIDS WHO MAKE
VIDEOS: Ages 10-14. We’re looking
for kids that like making videos – we are especially interested in kids who
make stop-motion animation video (but not required), so let us know if you’ve
made those. Please include a video of you shooting or of your actual
finalized work with your submission
MUSICIANS &
BANDS: (no rock or metal) Ages 18-33. REAL
Musicians, or REAL bands. Looking for musicians that are great on
their instruments, or play in a band. Please include a video of you
playing and/or your band with your submission. Pliease include photo(s) of
everyone if submitting as a band.
PHOTOGRAPHER:
Ages 18-33. REAL photographers of all skill levels (beg-advanced).
People that like photography and would take a class for it.
During the shoot, you’ll get to shoot photos with a pro photographer
with a camera and your cell phone. Please let us know your skill
level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) with your submission, and email us a
snapshot of yourself, and some of your work.
ILLUSTRATORS:
Ages 18-33. REAL illustrators of all skill levels.
Please include a snapshot of yourself, and some examples of your work
with your submission.
Project name:
Daybreak SF NDA
Shoot:
One day on either April 28th or 29th, 2017, in the San Francisco Bay
Area, approx. 6 hours (Must live in the Bay Area/Northern California)
Status:
Non-Union
Rate: $250 for a 6
hour shoot.
Usage: All
worldwide media usage, but probably only used on the web, 5 years.
Deadline to
submit: No later than Tuesday, April 25th, so please
submit IMMEDIATELY!

(cell phone video is fine): Introduce yourself, and explain what you
do and why you love what you do, and then a little bit about yourself. Please
send your video either as a LINK to a private online video such as YouTube or
Vimeo (be sure to select option to allow us to download video), or you may also
send video using a free file sharing service such as Dropbox.com, Hightail.com,
or other cloud service. (simply hit share, and copy the link include it
here). 10. Be sure to mention you
