ALL TYPES OF PEOPLE IN NYC (WITH AND WITHOUT TYPE 2 DIABETES)

CASTING PAID VIDEO SHOOT FOR SELF MAGAZINE

We are searching for ALL TYPES OF PEOPLE age 40-50 – including those who HAVE TYPE 2 DIABETES (and those who do NOT have Type 2 Diabetes) who are in the New York City area to appear in a PAID video shoot for Self Magazine. 

PEOPLE WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES:

We’re looking for Men and Women who are age 40-50 who have Type 2 Diabetes.   Any ethnicity, all types.  You will answer thought-provoking questions about how you live, thrive, and sometimes struggle with your condition.  This video is to help people understand the disease better and clear up misconceptions of it.  
 

PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE DIABETES:
We are ALSO looking for entertaining and charismatic Men and Women age 40-50 who do NOT have Type 2 diabetes for the same video.  You will be asked to describe type 2 diabetes or answer different questions about it.  We then correct any false statements to address common misconceptions and better explain this complex medical condition.

Shoot:  One day in mid-February, 2019 in NYC.  Must be local to NYC.
Pay:  $210

4a.  If you HAVE Type 2 Diabetes, please include a brief description about your history with diabetes and any struggles you might currently have with managing it or medications

4b.  If you do NOT have Type 2 Diabetes, let us know if you have any background in health and fitness, if you yourself have any medical issues (not diabetes) and if you know any diabetics.

5.  Recent photo of yourself (jpg format please)
