CASTING COMMERCIAL (AND CHALLENGE THAT WILL IMPROVE YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE!)
We are searching for ADVENT HEALTH MEMBERS & PATIENTS (formerly Adventist Health) in TAMPA, FL, or CHATTSWORTH or GORDON, GA to take part in a filmed challenge that will improve your quality of life!

We’re looking for VIBRANT, OUTGOING, GO-GETTERS who are patients or members of ADVENT HEALTH and who would like to take part of a new and PAID 21-day Challenge designed specifically to strengthen your mental, spiritual and physical health!
If you are up for this fun challenge, we want to hear from you!!
We’re looking specifically for:
– Women ages 17-29 or 65-80
– Men ages 65-80
NOW is your chance to participate in an impactful, aspirational challenge that will improve your quality of life!
Challenges will be recorded.
Interviews: April 18th and 19th, 2019 via FaceTime or/and Skype
Callbacks/2nd interviews: April 23rd, 2019 via FaceTime or Skype
Dates: Those selected must be available to begin the 21 day challenge during the 1st week of May, 2019.
PAY: $1,000 guaranteed to participants of the 21-day challenge. PLUS – if broadcast as a commercial & talent makes final edit, you will be paid an ADDITIONAL $671 (SAG scale) + possible residuals (can be significant!)
