Being an eternally creative person, I express this through writing both songs and screenplays. Life is truly what you make it, so I try to make my life, and the lives of those in my life as great, and as hopeful as possible. This has worked for me for years and has paid exponential dividends in return. Going forward, I will continue to deliberately be happy. Yes, I have a choice in the matter; so do you.
