So you want to know about me? My entire film career started with a dare.

Having spent my entire elementary, middle school, and high school years perpetually sent to the principals office or seeing detention, I was the undisputed class clown. Years later, a small group of my closest friends decided to put my “comedy troublemaker” reputation to the test and dared me to do stand- up comedy — even paying for my classes. As an adventurous, challenge-accepting person who only takes on a dare if I intend to win, I stepped onto that stage. Graduation night led straight to opening for acts across Los Angeles and Orange County.

At my final stand-up show, an HBO producer as that time, approached me and invited me to co-write a screenplay. I fell in love with screenwriting on the spot.

Driven to bring stories to life, I became a self-taught screenwriter, director, and producer, creating three of my own award-winning short films (and earning plenty of film festival laurels along the way!). That momentum caught the industry’s attention and opened doors for me to work on two feature films with Lionsgate.

Today, that journey has evolved into a career I am deeply humbled and grateful for. Beyond writing and producing my own projects, I work as a Script Consultant and Character Specialist — helping filmmakers tighten, punch up, and elevate their screenplays, dialogue, and female leads/femme fatale.
